| 2 year contract from the day you passed the exam. Rate is 20 per hour, at 40-hour workweek that is 41,600. If you fail the exam the second time, you will be terminated and will be returned to the country of origin upon the discretion of the employer. They provide one month free housing. They pay for 5 days sick/vacation/personal time, six paid holidays (New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). They pay for the first year of your individual liability insurance. Breach of contract is 50% of said therapist's annual salary plus any additional expenses. You are not allowed to work for anyone within the 300 mile radius. Be careful, read their contract. I received 3 different contracts with 3 different wages and breaches! |
