| You will pay JUNO the amount of $6,000.00 which will cover the following fees: uscis filing fee, lawyer's professional fee, visa screen, administration fee, one-way airfare from the country of origin to the U.S. and initial housing accomodation. Contract is 3 years. In my contract, they said breach is: profits that JUNO would have earned had the Beneficiary not breached, amount spent by JUNO for the petition, actual damages including attorney's fees, litigation expenses and court fees. Salary is 25 per hour. Depending on how you work your deal, some I know get their CGFNS, TOEFL, TSE, Filing fee for immigration and Visa screen certificate fee reimbursed. Some also got free airfare, housing and accomodation assistance. Others got their reimbursement upon completion of the 3 year term. |
