They file for greencard after 2 years of employment. There is no buy out clause on the contract. Breach will lead you to $20,000 in fees. They will also sue you for breach of contract and you have to pay all legal fees. |

They service New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Maryland only. If you are sure of yourself, that you can commit to a 3 year contract, then this will be a good agency to work for. Otherwise, spare yourself the trouble of a legal battle. |

| Thanks to RCM Health Care Services I was able to obtain a position with high pay and excellent benefits. My recruiter who worked with me was professional, dedicated and caring. I have worked with other staffing firms, but RCM is definitely number one. I would recommend RCM to anyone.
