The Good:

Georgia's median annual wage is 62,100. Georgia ranked 9 for cost of living making it an inexpensive place to live.

The Bad:

They do not issue temporary licenses. TOEFL, TSE and TWE is required. You can only sit for the NPTE 4x and you are required to take remedial coursework after failing the exam 3x. Jurisprudence exam is required. Licensure in country of training is required.

Overall:

Georgia has a long list of requirements. However, cost of living and salary are both attractive for this state.

Bad: SSN required. 3 months of traineeship required. Juriprudence exam required through FSBPT, but don't give approval for that until board reviews and all your educational credentials complete. Board only meets every 2 months. If you send any documents, it don't get received the team and don't get updated online until 2-3 weeks. Very slow process. Especially for foreign educated, it's very difficult to get in. Accepts Physics Chemistry through CLEP but, re-evaluation is required.
